Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ferry Ketaren started the match with the kick off. Gisser's Hardy Ginting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferry Ketaren in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Gisser was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eboy Cahyono Putro to maneuver through the defense. When Gisser's Rabun Simamora in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PSP Baoerena's goalie prevented a goal. Hardy Ginting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferry Ketaren, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Rabun Simamora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecep Idris having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferry Ketaren in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hardy Ginting prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andi Muchtaji fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecep Idris having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rabun Simamora in the 35th minute of play forced PSP Baoerena's goalkeeper Cecep Idris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kitam Karo-karo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferry Ketaren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Gisser getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Martin Piliang hit a great ball. After 47 played minutes Gisser got a freekick which was hit by Rabun Simamora. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rabun Simamora was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Mario Pane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hardy Ginting didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 59th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Kitam Karo-karo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hardy Ginting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferry Ketaren in the 64th minute of the match. After 68 minutes, Uum Sitorus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PSP Baoerena and the Gisser players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hardy Simamora charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hardy Simamora the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hardy Simamora kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After having played for 73 minutes, Kitam Karo-karo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSP Baoerena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kitam Karo-karo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kitam Karo-karo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hardy Ginting having to interfere. In the 78th minute of the game Mulyana Hidayat made a throw-in which Heri Sarwanto played forward. With a little luck, Gisser's Hardy Ginting got control of the ball when Joko Pane tried to sneak it across the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, PSP Baoerena's goal looked a bit too open when Rabun Simamora came free, but Cecep Idris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 85th minute of the game was made by Heri Sarwanto with Joko Pane as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ferry Ketaren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the PSP Baoerena defense, Rabun Simamora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecep Idris. The PSP Baoerena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecep Idris should have stopped the shot. Rabun Simamora kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
