Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andra Karo-karo kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, PSS Tjitoedja's Andre Haryanto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zulfikar Ginting narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mario Haryanto succeeded in the game's 6th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andra Karo-karo in the 10th minute of play forced PSS Tjitoedja's goalkeeper Kompos Febrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Malaysia FC's Sigit Hans slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kompos Febrian. That made the score 2-0 after 11 minutes of play. Kompos Febrian was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Sigit Hans capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sigit Hans really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. When Putu Febrian fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PSS Tjitoedja's protests and gave Putu Febrian a yellow card for diving instead. Putu Febrian kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Andra Karo-karo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kompos Febrian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kompos Febrian made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Mario Haryanto sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Ichwan Waluyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zulfikar Ginting was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 35th minute of the match Malaysia FC got a corner. PSS Tjitoedja's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eboy Tarigan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Malaysia FC's Eboy Tarigan to fire away a dangerous shot which Kompos Febrian despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Boy Cahyono Putro's late challenge caught a PSS Tjitoedja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boy Cahyono Putro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd match minute, Malaysia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boy Cahyono Putro to maneuver through the defense. Ichwan Waluyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zulfikar Ginting having to interfere. A collision led to Malaysia FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Kia Yarman hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ichwan Waluyo was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andra Karo-karo in the 53rd minute of play forced PSS Tjitoedja's goalkeeper Kompos Febrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee gave Malaysia FC a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eboy Tarigan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of PSS Tjitoedja's Kompos Febrian. 5-0. Hardy Pane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute Andra Karo-karo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kompos Febrian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kompos Febrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boy Cahyono Putro in the 71st minute of play. Kompos Febrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigit Hans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Malaysia FC booed when PSS Tjitoedja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Putu Febrian didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Andre Haryanto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Putu Febrian hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Kompos Febrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigit Hans in the 83rd minute of play. Andra Karo-karo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kompos Febrian having to interfere. PSS Tjitoedja's Kompos Febrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andra Karo-karo in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, PSS Tjitoedja's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Haryanto came free, but Kompos Febrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th minute, Sigit Hans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malaysia FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of PSS Tjitoedja for a fine match.
