An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Ridliwan in the 14th minute of play forced Gisser's goalkeeper Hardy Ginting to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Piliang kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Gisser's Rabun Simamora nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Porman Kooth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 24 minutes of play, Gisser's Rabun Simamora made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Porman Kooth was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute, Hardy Kooth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute Rabun Simamora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Porman Kooth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gisser's Rabun Simamora in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Talumopatu's goalie prevented a goal. Fery Budiarto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Hardy Ginting tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fery Budiarto got free with Hardy Ginting in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 43 minutes Gisser's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Heri Sitepu who took care of the corner kick. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonard Ridliwan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hardy Ginting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Ridliwan in the 51st minute of the match. Leonard Ridliwan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fery Budiarto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Hardy Ginting tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rabun Simamora received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Porman Kooth came out and tried to block the shot, but Rabun Simamora slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 55th minute. When Rabun Simamora came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Gisser fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rabun Simamora couldn't finish the play. Rabun Simamora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 64 minutes, Rabun Simamora made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Talumopatu's Porman Kooth tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rabun Simamora in the 68th minute of play forced Talumopatu's goalkeeper Porman Kooth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jojo Mulia during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Rabun Simamora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Porman Kooth was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. In the 87thth minute of the game Rabun Simamora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talumopatu's Porman Kooth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 89 played minutes Talumopatu got a freekick which was hit by Romi Wibowo. After a rather tough play, Talumopatu's Romi Wibowo got a free kick in the 90th minute. With an all-out effort, Gisser's Porman Kooth threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rabun Simamora, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
