Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joko Cahyono Putro kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in PSS Tjitoedja's zone, Joko Cahyono Putro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kompos Febrian came out of the goal and Joko Cahyono Putro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haryanto Tarigan's late challenge caught a PSS Tjitoedja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haryanto Tarigan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute Ichwan Waluyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ade Simamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Ichwan Waluyo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ade Simamora was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ade Simamora came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by PSS Tjitoedja's Ichwan Waluyo. But to his dismay, Ichwan Waluyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 33rd minute, Hardy Pane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Hendrawan Sembiring was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Awitke's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSS Tjitoedja the free kick. The supporters of PSS Tjitoedja booed when Awitke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hendrawan Sembiring didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hardy Pane scored 0-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ade Simamora, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Awitke's Joko Cahyono Putro got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Andre Haryanto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ichwan Waluyo was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th match minute, PSS Tjitoedja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ichwan Waluyo to maneuver through the defense. If Joko Cahyono Putro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Femi Subagdja hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Haryanto Tarigan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and PSS Tjitoedja's Kompos Febrian didn't even have to move. Kompos Febrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joko Cahyono Putro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Putu Febrian charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Putu Febrian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Awitke's Ade Simamora proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Awitke from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Andre Haryanto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ade Simamora. That made the score 0-6 in the 83 minute of play. Kompos Febrian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joko Cahyono Putro, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Awitke's Joko Cahyono Putro got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ichwan Waluyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hardy Pane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ade Simamora having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Awitke lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
