Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Femi Mainaky started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sigit Sinulingga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Porman Sitepu in the 3rd minute of play. When Tanjunganom's Ferry Simamora in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maliku's goalie prevented a goal. 6 minutes into the match, Tanjunganom's Femi Mainaky sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boy Sitepu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maliku's Boy Sitepu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Femi Mainaky in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute Porman Sitepu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigit Sinulingga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maliku's Porman Sitepu got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maliku's Boy Sitepu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Femi Mainaky in the 17th minute of play. Sigit Sinulingga didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 18th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Femi Mainaky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tanjunganom booed when Maliku was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gendo Sinulingga didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Femi Mainaky in the 24th minute of play forced Maliku's goalkeeper Boy Sitepu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boy Sitepu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daus Martin in the 28th minute of the match. Femi Mainaky took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boy Sitepu. Boy Sitepu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Femi Mainaky came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Tanjunganom fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Femi Mainaky couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Adith Mainaky hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Porman Sitepu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Porman Sitepu to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Porman Sitepu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maliku fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Porman Sitepu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Sigit Sinulingga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Tanjunganom's goal looked a bit too open when Porman Sitepu came free, but Sigit Sinulingga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Porman Sitepu in the 63rd minute of play forced Tanjunganom's goalkeeper Sigit Sinulingga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Femi Mainaky fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Haryanto Budiarto kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of Maliku booed when Tanjunganom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adith Mainaky didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maliku's goalkeeper Boy Sitepu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Eboy Barus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Maliku getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ruslan Sugendo hit a great ball. Femi Mainaky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Maliku's Porman Sitepu got a free kick in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Rochy Ginting was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maliku's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tanjunganom the free kick. Rochy Ginting hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 93 minutes of play, Maliku's Eboy Barus made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sigit Sinulingga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Femi Mainaky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Boy Sitepu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tanjunganom's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
