Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paijo Sembiring started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Skroe FC's goalkeeper Fadh Darwis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andi Ie. The supporters of Tarakan booed when Skroe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ari Mulia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Tarakan's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Kooth came free, but Haryanto Putiray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Skroe FC's goalkeeper Fadh Darwis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andi Ie. After 12 played minutes Skroe FC got a freekick which was hit by Andre Kooth. Ferry Simanungkalit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haryanto Putiray having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Skroe FC's Uum Sipayung got a free kick in the 16th minute. Fadh Darwis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bongky Sembiring in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Andi Ie recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fadh Darwis. Andi Ie showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Tarakan's Haryanto Putiray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andre Kooth in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Skroe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferry Hidayat to maneuver through the defense. Tarakan's Bongky Sembiring couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Skroe FC. Joshua Febrian might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Haryanto Putiray. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joshua Febrian ran back to his position shaking his head. Paijo Sembiring hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Fadh Darwis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paijo Sembiring, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andre Kooth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ferry Simanungkalit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 minutes of play Tarakan's Paijo Sembiring was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 59 played minutes Tarakan got a freekick which was hit by Paijo Sembiring. Haryanto Putiray made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Ferry Simanungkalit sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andi Ie in the 66th minute of play forced Skroe FC's goalkeeper Fadh Darwis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferry Simanungkalit's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Haryanto Putiray firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Skroe FC's goalkeeper Fadh Darwis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Andra Martin fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tarakan's protests and gave Andra Martin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tarakan getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Andra Martin hit a great ball. Andi Ie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Andi Ie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tarakan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 95th match minute, Tarakan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fery Akmal to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tarakan had won after a very even match.
