An unexpectedly hard shot by Djati Simamora in the 35th minute of play forced Kutarusebsa's goalkeeper 钱弘磊 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Kutarusebsa defense, Faisal Halim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 钱弘磊. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 钱弘磊 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faisal Halim in the 79th minute of the match. Faisal Halim struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. 钱弘磊 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penang Island. After a rather tough play, Kutarusebsa's Andre Arbi got a free kick in the 86th minute. 钱弘磊 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joko Febrian in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Kutarusebsa's goal looked a bit too open when Djati Simamora came free, but 钱弘磊 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg 钱弘磊 managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Penang Island's Djati Simamora fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Penang Island fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Kutarusebsa a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Haryanto Chaniago, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Penang Island's Jonas Salk. 2-1. When the referee ended the match the Kutarusebsa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
