The referee ignored PSP Mergojoso's protests and gave Rochy Haryanto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to PSP Mergojoso getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Rochy Haryanto hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Charles De Ketelaere ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dian Akmal was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 18 played minutes PSP Mergojoso got a freekick which was hit by Robbie Kooth. After having played for 20 minutes, Remington Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borneo Legacy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remington Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Charles De Ketelaere left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borneo Legacy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Kılıçhan Dilazad might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dian Akmal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kılıçhan Dilazad ran back to his position shaking his head. 45 minutes into the match, Borneo Legacy's goal looked a bit too open when Robbie Kooth came free, but Takis Oikonomopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Borneo Legacy's Aurelian Groza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dian Akmal. That made the score 8-0 after 46 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rochy Haryanto made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Aurelian Groza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dian Akmal was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 54 minutes into the match, PSP Mergojoso's goal looked a bit too open when Charles De Ketelaere came free, but Dian Akmal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dian Akmal was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. 73 minutes into the game, Charles De Ketelaere cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 14-0. Dian Akmal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
