When 冯锋泉 came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the 西南林学院联队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 冯锋泉 couldn't finish the play. 庞斌镇 came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by 西南林学院联队's 冯锋泉. But to his dismay, 冯锋泉 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 31st minute, 倪永斌 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, 湖北随州市魔鬼鱼代表队's 叶松杰 got a free kick in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, 高迪适 sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because 庞斌镇 threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for 高迪适 this time.

In the 53rdth minute of the game 龚军帆 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 西南林学院联队's 曾渊卫 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 蒋景崇 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, 倪永斌 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 西南林学院联队's supporters rose to their feet, but 倪永斌 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 庞斌镇 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes in the game 郭振沙 did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to 叶松杰. 龚军帆 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 73rd minute, 陈思 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 曾渊卫 was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 77 played minutes 西南林学院联队 got a freekick which was hit by 汪响源. 79 minutes into the match, 龚军帆 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 曾渊卫. 西南林学院联队's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 龚军帆 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. 西南林学院联队 had won after a very even match.
