He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. The supporters of 广东省赚道社区队 booed when 武汉ACW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. 顾云冰 didn't get a good kick on the ball. When 徐挺迅 came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the 广东省赚道社区队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 徐挺迅 couldn't finish the play. 严文常's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 何霖榕 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 何霖榕 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, 武汉ACW's 尹永真 got a free kick in the 35th minute. 严文常 took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 何霖榕. 何霖榕 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 徐挺迅 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

顾云冰 hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 广东省赚道社区队's 邱森泉 couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for 武汉ACW. 何霖榕 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 邵渊谦 in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 徐挺迅 in the 64th minute of play forced 武汉ACW's goalkeeper 何霖榕 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, 严文常 lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated 何霖榕. If 严文常 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When 严文常 came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the 广东省赚道社区队 fans jumped to their feet.
