The audience thought a goal was coming when 莫威洋 got free with 雷宽宇 in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 雷义凌 in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 雷宽宇 saved 江西鹰潭西城联队 from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by 莫威洋 in the 18th minute of play forced 江西鹰潭西城联队's goalkeeper 雷宽宇 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 雷宽宇 made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when 莫威洋 sent off a good shot on target. 唐国适's late challenge caught a 江西鹰潭西城联队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, 雷义凌 fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of 雷宽宇, passed just outside the right post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 江邦伟 made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by 莫威洋 in the 53rd minute of play forced 江西鹰潭西城联队's goalkeeper 雷宽宇 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 江西鹰潭西城联队's 毛笑誉 shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, 浙江衢州海鹰代表队's 马洲永 tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 江西鹰潭西城联队's 雷宽宇 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 莫威洋 in the 59th minute of play. 麦坤昆's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 陆斐广 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. 麦坤昆 in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 陆斐广, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 莫威洋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 雷宽宇 having to interfere. If 麦坤昆 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When 雷义凌 came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the 浙江衢州海鹰代表队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 雷义凌 couldn't finish the play. If 莫威洋 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the game, 雷义凌 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. 雷宽宇 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 麦坤昆 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but 陆斐广 made a huge save. 莫威洋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 雷宽宇 having to interfere. 浙江衢州海鹰代表队's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
