In the 19thth minute of the game 郑斐银 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 紫罗兰's 龚强伟 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of 江苏苏州蓝鸟队 booed when 紫罗兰 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. 吴林帆 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 江苏苏州蓝鸟队's 雷林鹰 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邱坤超 in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of 紫罗兰 booed when 江苏苏州蓝鸟队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. 曹帆烨 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 雷林鹰 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 邱坤超 in the 29th minute of play. 麦辉阳 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 龚强伟 having to interfere. In the 34th minute, 麦辉阳 fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of 龚强伟, passed just outside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, 邱坤超 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 紫罗兰's supporters rose to their feet, but 邱坤超 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 雷林鹰 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th match minute, 江苏苏州蓝鸟队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 董光飞 to maneuver through the defense. 邱坤超 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 周洲城 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 龚强伟 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 郑斐银, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 55th match minute, 江苏苏州蓝鸟队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 洪青松 to maneuver through the defense. When 紫罗兰's 周洲城 in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as 紫罗兰's 周洲城 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 雷林鹰. That made the score 1-1 after 61 minutes of play. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind 紫罗兰's goalkeeper 龚强伟, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in 紫罗兰's zone, 郑斐银 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 龚强伟 came out of the goal and 郑斐银 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, 邱坤超 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 雷林鹰. 江苏苏州蓝鸟队's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 邱坤超 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 唐延森 hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. If 麦辉阳 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by 周洲城 in the 81st minute of play forced 江苏苏州蓝鸟队's goalkeeper 雷林鹰 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 姚升旭's late challenge caught a 紫罗兰's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 姚升旭 helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to 江苏苏州蓝鸟队 getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. 姚升旭 hit a great ball. 周洲城 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes in the game, 周洲城 fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without 雷林鹰 having to interfere. In the 90th minute, 邱坤超 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, 紫罗兰's goal looked a bit too open when 郑斐银 came free, but 龚强伟 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 龚强伟 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 麦辉阳, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 龚强伟 came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by 江苏苏州蓝鸟队's 董光飞. But to his dismay, 董光飞 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
