In the 31st minute, 徐然文 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 乌鲁木齐红魔 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in 香港九龙城区红人俱乐部队's zone, 余志宁 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 曲骏森 came out of the goal and 余志宁 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 徐然文 struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. 曲骏森 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 乌鲁木齐红魔. 曲骏森 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 余志宁 in the 43rd minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 徐然文 to make the kick off. 余志宁 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but 曲骏森 made a huge save. 邱博岚 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 龚升帆 having to interfere. 龚升帆 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 唐坚云 in the 71st minute of the match. If 邱博岚 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If 徐然文 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 余志宁 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. 曲骏森 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
