The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, AS Monaco's 郭帆荣 got a free kick in the 5th minute. A collision led to Bees getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. 吕傲岩 hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, 刘霖珂 notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bees's 孟林笑. 孟林笑 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 孟林笑 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 刘霖珂 went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 刘霖珂 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AS Monaco's 曾军杰 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 康迅翀 in the 39 minute of the game. 孟林笑 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 刘霖珂 went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 孟林笑 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 刘霖珂, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 刘霖珂 to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 0-4 when 刘霖珂 sped through Bees's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of 孟林笑. 刘霖珂 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. 孟林笑 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 吕宇榕's late challenge caught a AS Monaco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 吕宇榕 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th minute, 吕宇榕 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 刘霖珂 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 孟林笑 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 刘霖珂, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, 孟林笑 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 67thth minute of the game 刘霖珂 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bees's 孟林笑 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 蒋勇骋 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 宋谦亦 in the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Bees's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after 刘霖珂 fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 刘霖珂 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 孟林笑 came out and tried to block the shot, but 刘霖珂 slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 73rd minute. 刘霖珂 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised 孟林笑 76 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as AS Monaco's 刘霖珂 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 孟林笑. That made the score 0-7 after 80 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 何轩潮 in the 88th minute of play forced AS Monaco's goalkeeper 蒋勇骋 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute 刘霖珂 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 孟林笑 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, 刘霖珂 managed to get in a good position for a shot. AS Monaco's supporters rose to their feet, but 刘霖珂 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 孟林笑 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 孟林笑 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 刘霖珂, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 吕宇榕 struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. 蒋勇骋 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bees. AS Monaco played a much better game than Bees and deserved their victory. The Bees players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
