Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 陆锋强 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 狄思杰 made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when 范坚默 sent off a good shot on target. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 狄思杰, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 庄岩凡 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 陆锋强 in the 80th minute of the match. The shot was stopped by 狄思杰 but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by 曾义德 in the 93rd minute of play forced 四川宜宾剑鱼队's goalkeeper 庄岩凡 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 台湾省花莲县蝎虎俱乐部队's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
