In the 17th minute, 毛阳凡 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 山东威海企鹅队 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 苏宇斐 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when 孙桦平 got free with 莫文兴 in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 方政誉's late challenge caught a 广西梧's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 方政誉 helped the player get up and apologised. 方政誉 kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, 邱梁银 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 广西梧's supporters rose to their feet, but 邱梁银 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 莫文兴 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 石德鹰 struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. 莫文兴 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. But to his dismay, 苏宇斐 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 龚耀骋 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, 龚耀骋 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 广西梧's supporters crossed their fingers, but 龚耀骋 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 龚耀骋 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 广西梧's 龚耀骋 got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th match minute, 广西梧 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cacá 李克强 to maneuver through the defense. 苏宇斐's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but 洪钢迅 firmly grabbed it by the left post. 庄翀傲 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 莫文兴 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 龚耀骋's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. The supporters of 山东威海企鹅队 booed when 广西梧 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. 毛勇冰 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 苏宇斐 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 洪钢迅 having to make a save. 山东威海企鹅队's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
