After 13 played minutes 宁夏固原剑客队 got a freekick which was hit by 魏轩昆. After having played for 15 minutes, 潘皓峰 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 天马行空队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 潘皓峰 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute 冯翔彬 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 温平潮 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, 宁夏固原剑客队's goal looked a bit too open when 冯奕洋 came free, but 严凌城 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 罗超勇 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. 严凌城 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in 宁夏固原剑客队's zone, 袁凡阳 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 严凌城 came out of the goal and 袁凡阳 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute 罗超勇 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 严凌城 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34thth minute of the game Ding Nakamura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 宁夏固原剑客队's 严凌城 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, 天马行空队's 袁凡阳 got a free kick in the 35th minute. 严凌城 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 冯奕洋, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, 天马行空队's 罗超勇 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 严凌城 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 温平潮 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 狄烽宽 in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 冯奕洋 to strike the kick off in the second half. 杨康凡 hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. 天马行空队's 温平潮 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 狄烽宽 in the 52nd minute of play. 冯奕洋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 严凌城 having to interfere. 冯奕洋 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 温平潮 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 杨康凡 in the 60th minute of play. 罗超勇 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but 严凌城 made a huge save. 魏轩昆 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Ding Nakamura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 严凌城 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 70 played minutes 宁夏固原剑客队 got a freekick which was hit by 冯翔彬. In the 75th minute, 宁夏固原剑客队's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ding Nakamura fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 潘皓峰 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised 严凌城 78 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the game, 魏轩昆 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 宁夏固原剑客队's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 天马行空队 the free kick.
