After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, 雷战希 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taichung Nightmare's supporters rose to their feet, but 雷战希 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Åke Sjögren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 巩默宽 made a kick off. 雷战希 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jan-Åke Sjögren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 巩默宽 struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. A collision led to 香港火龍果FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. 叶辰适 hit a great ball. 香港火龍果FC's Jan-Åke Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 韩镇朗 in the 86th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, 韩镇朗 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Åke Sjögren. 香港火龍果FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 韩镇朗 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 谢竞烨 was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. The supporters of Taichung Nightmare booed when 香港火龍果FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. 谢竞烨 didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Taichung Nightmare fully deserved thier win.
