After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, 徐阳适 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monkey CCat's supporters rose to their feet, but 徐阳适 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 邱升俊 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee felt a red card was in order, 7 minutes into the game, when 钱兴 put in a rough tackle. Monkey CCat:s 黄剑杰 showed great skill when he stopped 孟希战:s penalty. 11 minutes into the match, Monkey CCat's goal looked a bit too open when 郝军迅 came free, but 黄剑杰 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in 广东佛山玄武联队's zone, 曾桦桦 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 邱升俊 came out of the goal and 曾桦桦 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to 广东佛山玄武联队 getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. 何南岚 hit a great ball. 黄剑杰 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 郝军迅, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 黄剑杰 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 卓朗延, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 莫乐洋 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 黄剑杰 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 潘鸿剑 in the 26th minute of play. When 何南岚 fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 广东佛山玄武联队's protests and gave 何南岚 a yellow card for diving instead. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for 广东佛山玄武联队! 黄剑杰 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 卓朗延 in the 39th minute of play. 黄剑杰 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 郝军迅, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 莫乐洋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 邱升俊 having to interfere. 邱升俊 was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and 莫乐洋 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 莫乐洋 really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when 郝军迅 made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, 何南岚 made a precise shot to the right of 黄剑杰. Monkey CCat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If 卓朗延 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 played minutes Monkey CCat got a freekick which was hit by 雷国翔. 黄剑杰 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 郝军迅 in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Monkey CCat getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. 曾政翀 hit a great ball. 孟希战 took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 黄剑杰. Monkey CCat's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 莫乐洋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 邱升俊 having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 郝军迅 in the 64th minute of play forced Monkey CCat's goalkeeper 黄剑杰 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 徐阳适 during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, 徐阳适 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when 孟希战 in the 69th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the 黄剑杰's left hand side. 邱升俊 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 莫乐洋 in the 72nd minute of play. 黄剑杰 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 郝军迅, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute 广东佛山玄武联队 were awarded a corner. 孟希战 went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that 郝军迅 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 黄剑杰 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 黄剑杰 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 郝军迅 in the 78th minute of play. After 82 minutes of play 广东佛山玄武联队's 何南岚 was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 83rd match minute, 广东佛山玄武联队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 何南岚 to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Monkey CCat were awarded a corner. 曾桦桦 went to the cornerflag to take it. 黄剑杰 made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when 卓朗延 sent off a good shot on target. 黄剑杰 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 郝军迅, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Monkey CCat's 黄剑杰 got control of the ball when 卓朗延 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute of the match, 郝军迅 got a very nice opportunity to score, but 黄剑杰 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 莫乐洋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 邱升俊 having to interfere. 曾桦桦 hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Monkey CCat's 黄剑杰 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Monkey CCat from getting a goal against them. 广东佛山玄武联队's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
