After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

朱帆平 came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by 湖北鄂州红袜俱乐部队's 傅庭战. But to his dismay, 傅庭战 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 朱帆平 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 柯真凡, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 柯真凡 in the 60th managed to get into a good position. In the 80th match minute, 湖北鄂州红袜俱乐部队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 傅庭战 to maneuver through the defense. 朱帆平 made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when 柯真凡 sent off a good shot on target. 洪彬坤 in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 朱帆平, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind 湖北鄂州红袜俱乐部队's goalkeeper 尹岚霆, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to 湖北鄂州红袜俱乐部队 getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. 贺桑震 hit a great ball. 傅庭战 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 朱帆平 having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when 洪彬坤 got free with 朱帆平 in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If 傅庭战 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched 湖北鄂州红袜俱乐部队 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
