SevenBox C7's 김 영 got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 19 minutes, 최 장 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SevenBox C7's supporters crossed their fingers, but 최 장 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 이 장 in the 23rd minute of play forced SevenBox C7's goalkeeper 김 풍 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when 박 십 got free with 김 풍 in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When 이 장 came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Weybridge fans jumped to their feet. In the 64th match minute, Weybridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 이 영 to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, SevenBox C7's goal looked a bit too open when 이 장 came free, but 김 풍 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 김 엄 during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
