The supporters of Mevagissey United booed when Slough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. 김 궉 didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, 이 지 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Slough's 조 엄 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 정 포 in the 61st minute of play. After 91 played minutes Slough got a freekick which was hit by 이 지. 김 사공's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 조 엄 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. 김 동's late challenge caught a Mevagissey United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 김 동 helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Slough's 김 동 got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When 이 지 fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slough's protests and gave 이 지 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, 이 지 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 99th minute 김 이슬 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 조 엄 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
