A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when 정 포 got free with 김 상 in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 정 피 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 김 성명 went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If 김 이슬 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 22 minutes, 정 포 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mevagissey United's supporters crossed their fingers, but 정 포 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 김 금 during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute of the match, 김 이슬 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 김 상 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Mevagissey United booed when Hook was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. 김 금 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hook's zone, 정 포 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 김 상 came out of the goal and 정 포 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Hook's goal looked a bit too open when 김 이슬 came free, but 김 상 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Hook's zone, 정 포 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 김 상 came out of the goal and 정 포 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 김 성명 made a kick off. When 김 민 fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hook's protests and gave 김 민 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd match minute, Hook was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 김 민 to maneuver through the defense. When 김 이슬 came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Mevagissey United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 김 이슬 couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute, 김 이슬 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 정 포 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 김 상 having to interfere. With his leg 정 피 managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Hook's 김 목 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 김 이슬 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When 김 성명 fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hook's protests and gave 김 성명 a yellow card for diving instead. If 김 성명 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 김 이슬 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. 김 상 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, 김 금 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A nice corner shot did that 김 사공 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 김 상 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 김 상 came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mevagissey United's 김 이슬. But to his dismay, 김 이슬 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If 정 포 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Mevagissey United were the better team. Mevagissey United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
