Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when 김 제 took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Durham AFC's zone, 사공 오 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 김 배 came out of the goal and 사공 오 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 박 경 kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Durham AFC's 김 배 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Durham AFC from getting a goal against them. When 사공 오 came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Mansfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 사공 오 couldn't finish the play. 김 제 struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. 김 배 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mansfield. If 김 독고 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, 이 림 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 김 운. Mansfield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 이 림 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 김 궁 charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 김 궁 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 김 제's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 김 배 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play.

The wind increased when 이 림 made the kick off in the second half. 김 궁 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Durham AFC's goal looked a bit too open when 사공 오 came free, but 김 배 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Durham AFC's 김 독고 got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 minutes, 박 흥 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mansfield and the Durham AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Durham AFC booed when Mansfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. 박 흥 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 김 제 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 김 배 having to interfere. 김 염 hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 이 림 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 김 독고 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. 김 운 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Durham AFC's goal looked a bit too open when 김 궁 came free, but 김 배 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 김 독고 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mansfield's goalkeeper couldn't reach when 이 림 90 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. The Durham AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Durham AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
