Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Iggi Muddle started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Berke Telfer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iggi Muddle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Russ Leach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arty Lonergan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Berke Telfer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andy Kepert kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Clay Pfingst hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Iggi Muddle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aldinga's Russ Leach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 26 played minutes Aldinga got a freekick which was hit by Rudy Coote. Berke Telfer scored 1-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelson Freel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Berke Telfer in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nelson Freel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Globelands's Brock Tupman got a free kick in the 38th minute. Globelands's Nelson Freel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Globelands from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arty Lonergan to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Keefe Atkin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Globelands's supporters rose to their feet, but Keefe Atkin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Russ Leach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th match minute, Globelands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keefe Atkin to maneuver through the defense. 2-0 became the score in the 61st minute when Arty Lonergan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Arty Lonergan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Freel having to interfere. In the 75th minute Berke Telfer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Freel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Globelands's goal looked a bit too open when Arty Lonergan came free, but Nelson Freel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nelson Freel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arty Lonergan in the 80th minute of play. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Arty Lonergan sped through Globelands's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nelson Freel. In the 91st minute, Berke Telfer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Aldinga's Arty Lonergan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nelson Freel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 95 minutes into the game, Berke Telfer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aldinga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Globelands the free kick. Nelson Freel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arty Lonergan in the 97th minute of play.
