Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alberto Park started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Marshall Boylin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pittong's supporters rose to their feet, but Marshall Boylin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Maslin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marshall Boylin in the 25th minute of play forced Creighton's goalkeeper Carlos Maslin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bock Flisfeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Bock Flisfeder had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Maslin. Creighton's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bock Flisfeder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Creighton's zone, Alberto Park stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Maslin came out of the goal and Alberto Park tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute, Creighton's Irving Fitton dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Carlos Maslin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marshall Boylin in the 39th minute of play. Creighton's Carlos Maslin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clifford Mitchell in the 41st minute of play. When Pittong's Marshall Boylin in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Creighton's goalie prevented a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Creighton's Irving Fitton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Ridding narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Irving Fitton to make the kick off. A hard shot 51 in the game by Clifford Mitchell from a close distance when the talented Carlos Maslin managed to make a qualified save. Creighton's players were relieved. Pittong's Bock Colman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carlos Maslin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 55th minute, Alberto Park made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Maslin. Creighton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 65 minutes into the match, Pittong's goal looked a bit too open when Irving Fitton came free, but Benjamin Ridding reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Irving Fitton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benjamin Ridding. Pittong's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Irving Fitton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Bock Flisfeder hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Pittong's Carlos Maslin threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberto Park, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Clifford Mitchell's late challenge caught a Creighton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clifford Mitchell helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th minute, Clifford Mitchell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Maslin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Howie in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Alberto Park shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Maslin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With splendid footwork Bock Flisfeder arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-3 by the left pole in the game's 87th minute. If Adolph Leach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Pittong supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pittong would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
