Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Best Macumber made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 5th minute of the match, Earnest Oconnell got a very nice opportunity to score, but Neale Death was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Bungasaaree's zone, Cod Schulze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neale Death came out of the goal and Cod Schulze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Neale Death successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 11th play minutes Earnest Oconnell shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Neale Death and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the Bungasaaree defense, Best Macumber kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Neale Death. The Bungasaaree fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Neale Death should have stopped the shot. Navarro Foley took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Neale Death. Bungasaaree's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Earnest Oconnell could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Neale Death however easily saved by the left post. Bungasaaree's Neale Death played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Best Macumber in the 20th minute of play. Earnest Oconnell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Neale Death made a huge save. In the 24th minute of the match, Earnest Oconnell got a very nice opportunity to score, but Neale Death was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Frances booed when Bungasaaree was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Powley didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Earnest Oconnell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laurence Millar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Kent Dowsing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Earnest Oconnell scored 3-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Neale Death, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute, Earnest Oconnell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neale Death acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Navarro Foley. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ace Pickhills in the 51st minute of play forced Bungasaaree's goalkeeper Neale Death to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 52 minutes of play, Frances's Best Macumber made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Neale Death was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Iggy Muncaster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute Best Macumber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neale Death saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Best Macumber scored 5-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Neale Death, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the match, Bungasaaree's goal looked a bit too open when Earnest Oconnell came free, but Neale Death reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neale Death made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Earnest Oconnell in the 73rd minute of play. Jamese Anders blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kent Dowsing having to make a save. 82 minutes into the match, Bungasaaree's Jamese Anders sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kent Dowsing narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Earnest Oconnell struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Neale Death didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frances. Navarro Foley took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Neale Death. Bungasaaree's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Billy Powley kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Frances's Kent Dowsing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurence Millar in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Frances fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bungasaaree had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
