Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Baxter Christian took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jess Annis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fletcher Salcedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Heidelberg's Jess Annis got control of the ball when Quincy Swan tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baxter Christian in the 8th minute of play forced Gloucester's goalkeeper Bremen Digiuseppe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clarke Rose hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Quincy Swan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gloucester's supporters rose to their feet, but Quincy Swan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jess Annis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Amos Sugden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26thth minute of the game Baxter Christian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gloucester's Bremen Digiuseppe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Heidelberg's Burtt Behla in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gloucester's goalie prevented a goal. Quincy Swan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Gloucester's Amos Sugden sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jess Annis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th match minute, Heidelberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brandes Ward to maneuver through the defense. Gloucester's Amos Sugden got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Amos Sugden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Burns Awage hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amos Sugden to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Amos Sugden cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jess Annis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Burtt Behlas short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Bremen Digiuseppe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 58th minute of the match Byron Baxter shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bremen Digiuseppe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amos Sugden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Jess Annis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner ended in Rolando Thomas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Heidelberg's Jess Annis did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Burtt Behla got free with Bremen Digiuseppe in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fletcher Salcedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jess Annis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Heidelberg got a freekick which was hit by Kale Phasey. After 82 played minutes Heidelberg got a freekick which was hit by Dalton Magnay. Quincy Swan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jess Annis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Burtt Behla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Ronald Lonergan fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gloucester's protests and gave Ronald Lonergan a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gloucester had won after a very even match.
