The audience was convinced that Drew Whatman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ringo Beer was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Biddon's Brand Hess got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Randle Peterson came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Cobborah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Randle Peterson couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Biddon's Brand Mclatchey got a free kick in the 15th minute. Howie Ramsay was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 18th minute Crawford Andrusiow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duffield Orr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Browne Christina during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cobborah's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
