A beautiful save bye Westfield's goalie prevented a goal. Duke Quinn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dan Lorenz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duke Quinn in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Olin Tenser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Dillon struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Nicholas Gwin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westfield. Dan Lorenz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Howard Lawson in the 22nd minute of the match. Lucas Dillon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Nicholas Gwin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Lorenz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Howard Lawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Howard Lawson in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Lorenz saved Westfield from getting behind. The Westfield players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Teddywaddi were winning 0-1.

In the 52nd minute, Duke Quinn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roger Mcmanamny during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roger Mcmanamny hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Duke Quinn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Lorenz having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Teddywaddi's Boyd Smalley got a free kick in the 68th minute. Dan Lorenz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Duke Quinn showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 72 minute of play. Duke Quinn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duke Quinn did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Dan Lorenz 88 minutes into the match. Teddywaddi's Duke Quinn got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teddywaddi's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
