Spectators: 7281 (Terracing: 5731, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bryanne Sugden kicked off to start the match. Tom Walsh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Payton Soekirno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tantanoola's David Gilding got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dean Waterland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Andy Rafferty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Al Wirth struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Andy Rafferty didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dartmouth FC. In the 21st minute Al Wirth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Rafferty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andy Rafferty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Earnest Goucher in the 22nd minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Al Wirth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dartmouth FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tantanoola the free kick. After 28 played minutes Dartmouth FC got a freekick which was hit by Al Wirth. Boris Lewry took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tom Walsh. Dartmouth FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Al Wirth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Rafferty having to interfere. When Al Wirth came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Dartmouth FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Al Wirth couldn't finish the play. Biggs Kean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Andy Rafferty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Gilding kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Dean Waterland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Rafferty having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Al Wirth in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andy Rafferty prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 61 minutes, Benjamin Cooney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tantanoola and the Dartmouth FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Tantanoola got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Cooney. Dartmouth FC's Carl Carr was substituted for Brant Calver. Biggs Kean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th play minute Payton Soekirno came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tom Walsh. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Tantanoola's David Gilding got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute Al Wirth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Rafferty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andy Rafferty stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Al Wirth's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. If Payton Soekirno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amos Schulze kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When Dartmouth FC's Al Wirth in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tantanoola's goalie prevented a goal. If Payton Soekirno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Al Wirth in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andy Rafferty saved Tantanoola from getting behind. Payton Soekirno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Walsh having to interfere. When the final whistle went the supporters of Tantanoola were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Dartmouth FC side.
