Marco Triplett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Alford Howarth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alford Howarth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Triplett in the 14th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Arnie Millgate was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Narridy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chatswood Glory the free kick. The supporters of Chatswood Glory booed when Narridy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnie Millgate didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Larry Woods shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biddle Perandis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tobie Mealmaker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biddle Perandis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murphey Mclatchey, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Narridy's Murphey Mclatchey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Biddle Perandis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marco Triplett might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alford Howarth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Triplett ran back to his position shaking his head. Kent Christian's late challenge caught a Chatswood Glory's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kent Christian helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, one of Narridy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Narridy. In the 40thth minute of the game Larry Woods who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chatswood Glory's Biddle Perandis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, Murphey Mclatchey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Biddle Perandis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larry Woods, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Murphey Mclatchey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biddle Perandis having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

54 minutes into the game, Murphey Mclatchey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Biddle Perandis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Larry Woods sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Biddle Perandis stood somewhat misplaced when Larry Woods came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 60 minute. Murphey Mclatchey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Biddle Perandis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larry Woods in the 70th minute of play. In the 87thth minute of the game Larry Woods who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chatswood Glory's Biddle Perandis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cod Freel during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Chatswood Glory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cod Freel to maneuver through the defense. Larry Woods fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biddle Perandis having to interfere. Richard Aistrope's late challenge caught a Narridy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richard Aistrope helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes Chatswood Glory got a freekick which was hit by Richard Aistrope. Narridy's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
