Neville Boylin started the match with the kick off. Murphey Mclatchey struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Bevis Ritter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Narridy. 5 minutes into the game, Murphey Mclatchey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bevis Ritter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Larry Woods sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alford Howarth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Neville Boylin in the 21st minute of play. If Neville Boylin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bevis Ritter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Larry Woods in the 27th minute of the match. Larry Woods received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Bevis Ritter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adam Didlock during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tandara booed when Narridy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Didlock didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Murphey Mclatchey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Larry Woods made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Tandara's goalkeeper Bevis Ritter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Murphey Mclatchey. Murphey Mclatchey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bevis Ritter having to interfere. Alford Howarth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neville Boylin in the 67th minute of the match. Alford Howarth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Neville Boylin went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Alford Howarth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ethan Bowie in the 75th minute of play. Ethan Bowie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Larry Woods received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Bevis Ritter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Larry Woods shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bevis Ritter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Larry Woods recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murphey Mclatchey got free with Bevis Ritter in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 97 minutes, Larry Woods made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Tandara's Bevis Ritter tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Narridy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tandara.
