Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edward Zalunardo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fletcher Marcola hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Alford Bodimeade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barberton's Andrews Hart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Willding in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Ivan Oconnell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nichol Czaczka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute John Willding shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrews Hart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonty Lorenz kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Jarrett Schultz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Barberton's Andrews Hart didn't even have to move. If Edward Zalunardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edward Zalunardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichol Czaczka having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Karrabin's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edward Zalunardo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Jasmine Kanack fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karrabin's protests and gave Jasmine Kanack a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Karrabin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 45 minutes, Barberton's Fletcher Marcola got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Nichol Czaczka.

The wind increased when Alford Bodimeade made the kick off in the second half. When Barberton's Edward Zalunardo, in the 51st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Barberton. 52 minutes into the game, Casper Morey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karrabin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barberton the free kick. Casper Morey hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Karrabin's Alford Bodimeade got a free kick in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Karrabin's zone, Ivan Oconnell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nichol Czaczka came out of the goal and Ivan Oconnell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Edward Zalunardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barberton fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Nichol Czaczka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Oconnell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Barberton booed when Karrabin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casper Morey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karrabin's Alford Bodimeade suffered a concussion in the 73rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Darren James's late challenge caught a Karrabin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darren James helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Barberton's Darren James got a free kick in the 74th minute. Nichol Czaczka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Zalunardo in the 81st minute of the match. If Edward Zalunardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ivan Oconnell came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Barberton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Oconnell couldn't finish the play. Nichol Czaczka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Zalunardo in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Barberton's Ivan Oconnell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nichol Czaczka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edward Zalunardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Nichol Czaczka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Edward Zalunardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
