In the 14th match minute, Tomaco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braedan Schulzte to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tomaco FC's zone, Bjorn Pike stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cain Angell came out of the goal and Bjorn Pike tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Tomaco FC's Bernard Mueller got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Tomaco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeffray Ridding came free, but Cain Angell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Braedan Schulzte got his second yellow card in the match during the 28th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 29th minute, Bjorn Pike left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tarrawanna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 34 minutes into the match, Tarrawanna's Bjorn Pike sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cain Angell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute Jeffray Ridding shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cain Angell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomaco FC's Cain Angell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bjorn Pike in the 40th minute of play. Cain Angell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bjorn Pike, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Bjorn Pike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cain Angell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball had pretty good speed, but Olin Gaffigan firmly grabbed it by the left post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bjorn Pike to make the kick off. Cain Angell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bjorn Pike, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Olin Gaffigan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Petty, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Cain Angell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. If Bjorn Pike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes Tarrawanna got a freekick which was hit by Baxter Price. After a defensive mix-up in Tarrawanna's zone, Lucas Petty stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olin Gaffigan came out of the goal and Lucas Petty tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
