Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Randall Wittber started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Newstead's David Rear got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Larkins Phasey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Rear in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when David Rear came free, but Larkins Phasey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If David Rear had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manchester United's Larkins Phasey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Manchester United from getting a goal against them. If Randall Wittber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remington Mcmurchie to maneuver through the defense. Larkins Phasey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stew Lovis, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Newstead's Pierre Lewry dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Larkins Phasey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Rear in the 36th minute of play. If Stew Lovis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Rear to strike the kick off in the second half. Larkins Phasey came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Newstead's Pierre Lewry. But to his dismay, Pierre Lewry quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Larkins Phasey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre Lewry, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Pierre Lewry notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Manchester United's Larkins Phasey. Larkins Phasey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When David Rear came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Newstead fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Rear couldn't finish the play. Manchester United's Larkins Phasey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Rear in the 75th minute of play. Newstead's David Rear got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre Lewry in the 81st minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Larkins Phasey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Randall Wittber charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Randall Wittber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Randall Wittber kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Pierre Lewry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Rear fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larkins Phasey having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when David Rear came free, but Larkins Phasey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalwood Aylwin in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Larkins Phasey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Newstead players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
