Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Marcus Lewry made the kick off and thus started the match. After 4 played minutes Bland got a freekick which was hit by Jason Boylin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Lewry in the 9th minute of play forced Bland's goalkeeper Michael Monck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Lewry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Monck having to interfere. If Lowrey Orr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nash Mealmaker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Mcroberts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Payton Pegler in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Michael Monck, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Byrock booed when Bland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rob Ross didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Marcus Lewry managed to get in a good position for a shot. Byrock's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Lewry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Monck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lowrey Orr made a kick off. Payton Pegler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Monck having to interfere. In the 54th match minute, Bland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calvin Mckay to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Lewry in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michael Monck saved Bland from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Marcus Lewry's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michael Monck was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Payton Pegler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Monck having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stewart Maciver during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Payton Pegler came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Byrock fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Payton Pegler couldn't finish the play. Marcus Lewry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Byrock had played much better football throughout.
