Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sam Maciver made the kick off which started today's match. Carver Saisell took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kane Behla. Kane Behla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Wollomombi's goalkeeper Kane Behla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carver Saisell. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Maciver in the 14th minute of play forced Wollomombi's goalkeeper Kane Behla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wollomombi's Kane Behla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Maciver in the 17th minute of play. Pete Garing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Archie Trims having to interfere. Archie Trims showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pete Garing, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The supporters of Wollomombi booed when Nelligen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kris Hayman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nelligen's Kris Hayman got his second yellow card of the match in the 26th minute. The referee ordered Kris Hayman off the ground. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Bradley King managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wollomombi's supporters rose to their feet, but Bradley King was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Archie Trims breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Carver Saisell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carver Saisell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kane Behla having to interfere. Nelligen's Carver Saisell got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Nelligen's Sam Maciver dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pete Garing made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pete Garing in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Archie Trims saved Nelligen from getting behind. Carver Saisell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 59 minutes, Lowrey Surman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wollomombi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lowrey Surman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wollomombi's Kane Behla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carver Saisell in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 minutes, Sam Maciver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nelligen and the Wollomombi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sam Maciver hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Carver Saisell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Archie Trims made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Bradley King sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Archie Trims successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bradley Kings short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Archie Trims to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 80th minute, Carver Saisell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 80 minutes, Lowrey Surman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wollomombi and the Nelligen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Wollomombi's Lowrey Surman got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 84 minutes of play, Wollomombi's Bradley King made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Archie Trims was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Wollomombi getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Malcolm Watson hit a great ball. Sam Maciver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Kane Behla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nelligen fully deserved thier win.
