Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eden Soekirno made the kick off which started today's match. Ellis Walkington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Case Brien in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelius Tucknott in the 6th minute of play forced WESTERN SYDNEY ROOSTERS's goalkeeper Ellis Walkington to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ellis Walkington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicholas Reilly, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Arnie Woods kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ellis Walkington came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Wolves FC's Cornelius Tucknott. But to his dismay, Cornelius Tucknott quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Bruno Solomon in the 17th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Rudy Goucher kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After a defensive mix-up in Wolves FC's zone, Eden Soekirno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudy Goucher came out of the goal and Eden Soekirno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Wolves FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ivan Death hit a great ball. Iggy Tongs kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Bruno Solomon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 36 played minutes Eden Soekirno rounded Wolves FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 44th minute Cornelius Tucknott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ellis Walkington saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ellis Walkington tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the game, WESTERN SYDNEY ROOSTERS's Bruno Solomon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rudy Goucher made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Nicholas Reilly made the kick off in the second half. Eden Soekirno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 77thth minute of the game Bruno Solomon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wolves FC's Rudy Goucher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Munroe Deeth hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, WESTERN SYDNEY ROOSTERS's Arnie Woods got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When Wolves FC's Nicholas Reilly in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye WESTERN SYDNEY ROOSTERS's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 98th minute of the game. One of Wolves FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of WESTERN SYDNEY ROOSTERS:s goal. The referee gave WESTERN SYDNEY ROOSTERS a penalty, 101 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Clarke Howard, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wolves FC's Rudy Goucher. 4-1.
