Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Everett Cookesley started the match with the kick off. Darren Gledden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobie Bailey having to interfere. Fabrizio Bennett hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darren Gledden got free with Tobie Bailey in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucas Unicomb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everett Cookesley, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After having played for 12 minutes, Archie Egel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Archie Egel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A well placed Darren Gledden short distance shot in the 14th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. If Burtt Laws had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobie Bailey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Archie Egel, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Darren Gledden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Bolivar defense, Burtt Laws kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Unicomb. The Bolivar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Unicomb should have stopped the shot. 42 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Everett Cookesley came free, but Lucas Unicomb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Darren Gledden came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Bolivar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darren Gledden couldn't finish the play. Bolivar's Lucas Unicomb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burtt Laws in the 45th minute of play. Fabrizio Bennett scored 1-3 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Unicomb, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Darren Gledden was the one to do the kick off. If Everett Cookesley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bolivar's Lucas Unicomb proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Bolivar from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute Sabastian Auger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Unicomb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Archie Egel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolivar's supporters rose to their feet, but Archie Egel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobie Bailey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Burtt Laws could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Lucas Unicomb made a huge save. Darren Gledden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bolivar's Lucas Unicomb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabastian Auger in the 84th minute of play. Tobie Bailey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darren Gledden in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Darren Gledden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Dwellingup walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
