Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mitchell Didlick kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Dinyarrak got a freekick which was hit by Otto Mcgaw. In the 4th minute, Burt Garing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brice Christina struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Niles Tauschke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sherbrooke. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitchell Didlick in the 9th minute of play forced Sherbrooke's goalkeeper Dalwood Jeffress to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brice Christina in the 12th minute of play forced Dinyarrak's goalkeeper Niles Tauschke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sherbrooke getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Rodney Wayland hit a great ball. Rodney Wayland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niles Tauschke having to interfere. Rodney Wayland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Niles Tauschke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dinyarrak's zone, Brice Christina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niles Tauschke came out of the goal and Brice Christina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute, Brice Christina made a precise shot to the right of Niles Tauschke. Dinyarrak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The Dinyarrak players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sherbrooke were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodney Wayland to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Dinyarrak's goalkeeper Niles Tauschke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brice Christina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitchell Didlick in the 57th minute of play forced Sherbrooke's goalkeeper Dalwood Jeffress to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eavan Mcinnes during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sherbrooke! Brice Christina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niles Tauschke having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sherbrooke's Paco Conlan got a free kick in the 71st minute. Mitchell Didlick scored 2-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dalwood Jeffress, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brice Christina scored 2-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niles Tauschke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, Abraham Skittrall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niles Tauschke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodney Wayland in the 87th minute of play. After 91 minutes, Malcolm Cuddihy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sherbrooke and the Dinyarrak players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute of the match Donovan Dollimore sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dalwood Jeffress skillfully saved the ball. After 94 minutes of play, Dinyarrak's Mitchell Didlick made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalwood Jeffress was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brice Christina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Niles Tauschke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
