After a defensive mix-up in Dinyarrak's zone, Rex Lenard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niles Tauschke came out of the goal and Rex Lenard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paz Ritter in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niles Tauschke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dinyarrak's Niles Tauschke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paz Ritter in the 83rd minute of play. After having played for 84 minutes, Rex Lenard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karranadgin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rex Lenard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paz Ritter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Niles Tauschke made a huge save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
