Spectators: 6771 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fletcher Mcgrath took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sabastian Mcjunkins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niles Howie in the 4th minute of the match. If Hank Mcgrath had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bart Kepert's late challenge caught a Eatonsville's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bart Kepert helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Karragullen's Bart Kepert got a free kick in the 10th minute. Karragullen's Sabastian Mcjunkins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hank Mcgrath in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Roy Unicomb was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karragullen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eatonsville the free kick. In the 11th match minute, Karragullen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Unicomb to maneuver through the defense. When Bryson Fraser fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karragullen's protests and gave Bryson Fraser a yellow card for diving instead. Bryson Fraser kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 13th minute of the match Boyde Leyden shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sabastian Mcjunkins showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 1-0 became the score in the 15th minute when Fletcher Mcgrath elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Jamese Mckinnes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eatonsville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karragullen the free kick. After 19 played minutes Eatonsville got a freekick which was hit by Jamese Mckinnes. 22 minutes into the match, Eatonsville's goalkeeper Bryant Rose had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billy Plummer. Sabastian Mcjunkins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niles Howie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Eatonsville's Hank Mcgrath sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabastian Mcjunkins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niles Howie in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sabastian Mcjunkins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Billy Plummer came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Karragullen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billy Plummer couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Boyde Beckwith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boyde Leyden was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hank Mcgrath sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niles Howie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 played minutes Karragullen got a freekick which was hit by Boyde Beckwith.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hank Mcgrath stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hank Mcgrath in the 54th minute of play forced Karragullen's goalkeeper Sabastian Mcjunkins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Niles Howie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Karragullen's goalkeeper Sabastian Mcjunkins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niles Howie. In the 64th minute Hank Mcgrath shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabastian Mcjunkins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67thth minute of the game Hank Mcgrath who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karragullen's Sabastian Mcjunkins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Fletcher Mcgrath had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Niles Howie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sabastian Mcjunkins was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Karragullen's Billy Plummer got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Niles Howie notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Karragullen's Sabastian Mcjunkins. Sabastian Mcjunkins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the match, Karragullen's goalkeeper Sabastian Mcjunkins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niles Howie. Niles Howie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-3 became the score in the 91st minute when Hank Mcgrath elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 99 minutes into the match, Karragullen's goalkeeper Sabastian Mcjunkins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hank Mcgrath. The Eatonsville supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Eatonsville would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
