Harcourt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundson Stevenson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexander Korff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundson Stevenson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmundson Stevenson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dakota Aylwin came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Harcourt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dakota Aylwin couldn't finish the play. Edmundson Stevenson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cumborah's Alexander Korff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundson Stevenson in the 57th minute of play. Dakota Aylwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Alexander Korff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Dakota Aylwin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dakota Aylwin in the 77th minute of play forced Cumborah's goalkeeper Alexander Korff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98thth minute of the game Dakota Aylwin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cumborah's Alexander Korff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Harcourt's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
