Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nathan Huther started the match with the kick off. Malcolm Hinwood recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 3rd minute, Mark Renney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute Malcolm Hinwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichol Heys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blake Colman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Rhoades having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Bayswater's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Blake Colman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nathan Huther in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raymond Rhoades saved Bayswater from getting behind. Nichol Heys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Hinwood in the 17th minute of play. Ernest Trevena's late challenge caught a Bayswater's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernest Trevena helped the player get up and apologised. Ernest Trevena kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After 23 minutes, Earl Wright mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bayswater and the Pinnaroo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bayswater fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! In the 25th minute, Pinnaroo got a penalty, and Earle Holdsworth placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Nathan Huther fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Rhoades having to interfere. A hard shot 30 in the game by Blake Colman from a close distance when the talented Raymond Rhoades managed to make a qualified save. Bayswater's players were relieved. 35 minutes into the match, Bayswater's goal looked a bit too open when Nathan Huther came free, but Raymond Rhoades reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Blake Colman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blake Colman scored 2-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raymond Rhoades, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nathan Huther sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Raymond Rhoades showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathan Huther, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Blake Colman struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Raymond Rhoades didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pinnaroo. In the 57th minute, Darell Hayward ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nichol Heys was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 62nd match minute, Bayswater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Drew Finden to maneuver through the defense. Nathan Huther might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raymond Rhoades. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nathan Huther ran back to his position shaking his head. When Pinnaroo's Nathan Huther in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bayswater's goalie prevented a goal. 69 minutes into the match, Bayswater's goal looked a bit too open when Blake Colman came free, but Raymond Rhoades reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blake Colman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malcolm Hinwood struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. After 81 minutes, Peter Hinder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bayswater and the Pinnaroo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrew Phasey in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raymond Rhoades prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathan Huther in the 92nd minute of play forced Bayswater's goalkeeper Raymond Rhoades to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raymond Rhoades made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blake Colman in the 95th minute of play. Pinnaroo's Nathan Huther got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bayswater's Darell Hayward got a free kick in the 98th minute. 100 minutes into the match, Pinnaroo's Nathan Huther sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raymond Rhoades narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pinnaroo fully deserved thier win.
