Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Corbett Hollingworth got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Edmund Ashwin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juradine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coomunga the free kick. After a rather tough play, Juradine's Edmund Ashwin got a free kick in the 5th minute. A collision led to Coomunga getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Fletcher Norton hit a great ball. Juradine's Jonty Christini got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lawrence Schutt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Loyd Brophy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dale Auger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Juradine's goal looked a bit too open when Corbett Hollingworth came free, but Patrick Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fletcher Norton fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coomunga's protests and gave Fletcher Norton a yellow card for diving instead. Neale Magrath hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Ronald Pinkerton sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Juradine's Patrick Serena didn't even have to move. 27 minutes into the game, Brook Paynter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juradine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coomunga the free kick. Brook Paynter hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Loyd Brophy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lawrence Schutt in the 40th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Coomunga's zone, Lawrence Schutt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loyd Brophy came out of the goal and Lawrence Schutt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Jonty Christini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Loyd Brophy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0.

Corbett Hollingworth hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. If Corbett Hollingworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonty Christini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Loyd Brophy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Coomunga defense, Lawrence Schutt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Loyd Brophy. The Coomunga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Loyd Brophy should have stopped the shot. After 68 played minutes Coomunga got a freekick which was hit by Dale Auger. A collision led to Juradine getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Brown Playford hit a great ball. Justin Hoey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Serena having to interfere. Jonty Christini struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Loyd Brophy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juradine. After a defensive mix-up in Coomunga's zone, Lawrence Schutt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loyd Brophy came out of the goal and Lawrence Schutt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dani Lowes hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Corbett Hollingworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corbett Hollingworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Serena having to interfere. When Coomunga's Corbett Hollingworth in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juradine's goalie prevented a goal. Jonty Christini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Loyd Brophy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Lawrence Schutt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juradine's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
