Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Freeman got free with Hale Stanton in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Jarvis White fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kanighan's protests and gave Jarvis White a yellow card for diving instead. Jarvis White kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Kanighan getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Darin Hemsley hit a great ball. Crawford Tauschke took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hale Stanton. Hale Stanton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 15th minute, Crawford Tauschke reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hale Stanton. The goal made the score 2-0. Wallace's Biggs Legg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luke Alwege in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Ben Andrews had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Biggs Legg. Wallace's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ben Andrews was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 27 minutes into the match, Kanighan's goal looked a bit too open when Crawford Tauschke came free, but Hale Stanton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 47 minutes, Ben Andrews managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kanighan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ben Andrews was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Robert Freeman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hale Stanton having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Kanighan's Andrews Kanack got a free kick in the 60th minute. Robert Freeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Biggs Legg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luke Alwege in the 63rd minute of the match. If Ben Andrews had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luke Alwege received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Biggs Legg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Biggs Legg came out of the goal and Jarvis White tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Wallace support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
