Boyde Watts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balgowan. After 11 minutes, Bock Surman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balgowan and the Eurelia players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Balgowan:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Eurelia:s goal. The referee gave Eurelia a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Stewart Flesfadar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Balgowan's Bruce Tarrant. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Justin Monck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruce Tarrant was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Arthur Grieve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Eurelia's Boris Mapps got a free kick in the 26th minute. Boyde Watts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barry Mckinnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Neville Bonham fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balgowan's protests and gave Neville Bonham a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Balgowan's Neville Bonham got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Navin Swan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyde Watts having to interfere. If Barry Mckinnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arneil Kirkham kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Neville Bonham notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Eurelia's Boyde Watts. Boyde Watts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The wind increased when Justin Monck made the kick off in the second half. Barry Mckinnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Navin Swan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boyde Watts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Mckinnes in the 58th minute of the match. Boyde Watts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barry Mckinnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 69th minute, Eurelia's Justin Monck ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruce Tarrant. Bruce Tarrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. A collision led to Eurelia getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Stewart Flesfadar hit a great ball. When Arthur Grieve fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eurelia's protests and gave Arthur Grieve a yellow card for diving instead. Arthur Grieve kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Eurelia's Boyde Watts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barry Mckinnes in the 82nd minute of play. Boyde Watts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry Mckinnes in the 84th minute of play. Barry Mckinnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Barry Mckinnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Navin Swan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boyde Watts came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Balgowan's Neville Bonham. But to his dismay, Neville Bonham quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Balgowan were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Eurelia to leave the ground with a draw.
