Jarrett Cookesley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Abraham Plummer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Burt Cochrane succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. If Norm Carberry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abraham Plummer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justin Monck in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Eurelia booed when Northmead was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Clarke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Northmead's Abraham Plummer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justin Monck in the 27th minute of play. If Norm Carberry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justin Monck struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Abraham Plummer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eurelia. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justin Monck to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Blake Lander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Northmead's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eurelia the free kick. In the 51st minute, Blake Lander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stan Marcola in the 55th minute of play forced Northmead's goalkeeper Abraham Plummer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jarrett Cookesley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, Mark Pywell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Northmead's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eurelia the free kick. Norm Carberry kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Abraham Plummer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justin Monck, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. When Jarrett Cookesley came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Eurelia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarrett Cookesley couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Jarrett Cookesley fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Abraham Plummer, passed just outside the right post. 90 minutes into the match, Eurelia's Jarrett Cookesley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abraham Plummer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Northmead's Abraham Plummer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Northmead from getting a goal against them. The Eurelia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
