Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brookes Cookesley started the match with the kick off. If Jess Hitchen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cod Tout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Stockwin in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jess Hitchen in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cod Tout prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alan Stockwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alan Stockwin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cod Tout read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. If Brookes Cookesley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bran Huntington was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Brookes Cookesley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. Cod Tout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jess Hitchen in the 34th minute of play. Alan Stockwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. The referee ignored Wamenusking's protests and gave Bern Crampton a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Wamenusking got a freekick which was hit by Bern Crampton. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alan Stockwin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Bindle's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jess Hitchen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jess Hitchen in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cod Tout, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Bindle's Alford Willis got a free kick in the 79th minute. When Brookes Cookesley fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
